Our Work
Education
Empowering first-generation college students by providing scholarships and supporting university programs to enhance academic success.
Yardi scholarships
We believe that graduating from college is a promising path to a meaningful and financially stable career.
As a result, Yardi provides scholarships to first-generation college students and is committed to supporting university programs that increase students’ academic successes, retention rates, and graduation rates.
29
universities
In the 2025-26 school year, Yardi will partner with 29 universities in the United States and Canada.
300+
Yardi Scholars
There are now more than 300 Yardi Scholars across North America.
Our cohorts
In addition to creating partnerships with 29 universities across North America, Yardi has developed Cohort Model programs with a handful of schools.
The original cohort site, Yardi Scholars at UC Berkeley, is an interdisciplinary program focusing on the intersection of technology, democracy, and social justice. The second cohort program, which will have its first scholars in the 2025-26 school year, is the Yardi Scholars for Environmental Justice program at UC Santa Barbara.
In the 2025-26 school year, new cohort-model programs will also be starting at Arizona State University, CSU Channel Islands, Georgia State University, and UCLA. Each of these schools will host an incoming cohort class of 25 first-generation college students with an intention to major in business and a dedicated Yardi Scholar coordinator. Stay tuned for more information about each program.
