Caring for our communities
Our community-based giving aligns with our ethos of caring for the communities where we operate. Each Yardi office over a certain size is empowered to distribute funds to local nonprofits, based on the needs and interests of the employees in the individual offices.
Each office has its own Giving Committee. All employees based in one of these offices are invited to participate by sharing preferred giving areas and/or offering the names of specific nonprofit organizations that are meaningful to them. The Giving Committee reviews the recommendations and allocates funds for distributions to these nonprofits.
